Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervision and support for pharmacy contact center representatives
- Collaborate with Workforce Planning to manage staffing and optimize team productivity
- Monitor performance metrics and support action plans for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare contact center or pharmacy operations
- Proven ability to coach and motivate frontline team members
- Familiarity with pharmacy claims, PBM systems, and HIPAA/privacy requirements preferred
