Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of the Pharmacy Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support for pharmacy contact center representatives
  • Collaborate with Workforce Planning to manage staffing and optimize team productivity
  • Monitor performance metrics and support action plans for improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare contact center or pharmacy operations
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate frontline team members
  • Familiarity with pharmacy claims, PBM systems, and HIPAA/privacy requirements preferred
