Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall vision and strategy for the client experience across the client lifecycle

- Drive metrics-based performance management focusing on client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Client Success or related functions, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven industries
- Demonstrated success in reducing churn and increasing net revenue retention (NRR)
- Proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary client-facing teams
- Proficiency with client success and automation platforms, leveraging data to drive efficiency
- A structured, data-driven mindset with the ability to execute at scale
