A company is looking for a PBM Coordinator, Benefit Configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal inquiries related to benefit configuration and plan setup
- Research and troubleshoot issues related to benefit configurations and formulary setups
- Configure and maintain benefit plans, copay structures, and formulary schedules
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician or related experience is highly desirable
- 1-3 years of PBM experience in benefits administration or plan configuration
