A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, negotiate, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
- Identify solutions for billing issues and present resolution options to customers
- Negotiate and authorize billing settlements and adjust customer accounts within established limits
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or billing-related roles
- Ability to work full-time hours from 11 AM to 8 PM CST
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with billing processes and consumer rights
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
