Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, analyze, negotiate, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
  • Identify solutions for billing issues and present resolution options to customers
  • Negotiate and authorize billing settlements and adjust customer accounts within established limits


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or billing-related roles
  • Ability to work full-time hours from 11 AM to 8 PM CST
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with billing processes and consumer rights
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
