A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to existing clients, handling policy changes, billing, and coverage questions
- Utilize technology and tools to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Identify gaps in coverage to refer and/or cross-sell to meet clients' needs
Required Qualifications
- Active P&C Insurance License (required)
- Previous experience in licensed insurance customer service
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a private workspace
- Solid knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and processes
- Punctuality and strong attendance
