Job Summary
A company is looking for a Caregiver Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to caregivers and enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to current and potential caregivers, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction
- Achieve complete resolutions for caregiver inquiries and collaborate with the Customer Support & Operations teams
- Troubleshoot questions about the app and website, and assist caregivers with ride and account issues
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in written and verbal communications in both English and Spanish
- Prior experience in customer success, customer support, or call centers
- Ability to multitask effectively while providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with Kustomer is preferred
- Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure and work collaboratively in a team setting
