Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fast Track Specialist to oversee clients' first 401(k) contributions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to identify needs and assist in establishing 401(k) plans
  • Educate and guide newly signed customers about retirement savings options
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a troubleshooting and problem-solving role
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with retirement plans or payroll providers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong PC skills, including experience with G-Suite products
