A company is looking for a Fast Track Specialist to oversee clients' first 401(k) contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to identify needs and assist in establishing 401(k) plans
- Educate and guide newly signed customers about retirement savings options
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a troubleshooting and problem-solving role
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with retirement plans or payroll providers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong PC skills, including experience with G-Suite products
