Lead Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Enrollment Specialist to oversee and support the Enrollment Specialist team in enhancing access to mental health services for women.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve training resources for the Enrollment Specialist team
• Monitor enrollment performance and analyze patient trends to drive improvements
• Guide patients through the enrollment process and ensure timely outreach and support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or formalized training in mental health
• Empathy and compassion for women facing mental health challenges
• Proficient in engaging patients and confirming their participation in the program
• Technically competent with EHR and technology platforms, including Google Suite
• Organizational skills to manage referral records and ensure timely follow-up
