Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Triage RN for evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone or video-based triage support and assess patients' symptoms to determine nursing interventions
• Monitor vital signs and communicate with the care team to ensure appropriate patient care
• Educate patients and families on medication use, manage care plans, and respond to emergencies

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree program in Nursing; BSN strongly preferred
• Two years of RN experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care, acute inpatient care, or emergency department
• Previous experience in telehealth, remote triage, or case management is desirable
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure required in MN, WI, and/or NJ
• BLS Certification
