- 6+ years of experience in Customer Experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
- Deep understanding of customer needs and experience principles
- Marketplace experience preferred with knowledge of industry best practices
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce Suite, and Looker
