Job Summary
A company is looking for a Spend Optimization Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring engagement and satisfaction throughout their lifecycle
- Monitor pharmacy savings performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed savings goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product updates and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, healthcare management, or a related field
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) credentials preferred
- 5+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy purchasing or supply chain management
- Familiarity with pharmacy cost savings programs and group purchasing organizations (GPOs) preferred
- Experience in customer engagement or account management within healthcare systems
