A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Specialist to support dental practices in onboarding and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support technical setup processes, including Practice Management Software integrations
- Onboard new customers by guiding them through the implementation journey tailored to their needs
- Design and lead virtual training sessions for dental teams to enhance their knowledge and engagement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS onboarding or customer success
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred
- Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Windows Server Editions
- Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk environments is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding or integration projects effectively
