Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual English / Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 50-70 incoming calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
- Document customer information and issues while actively listening and asking appropriate questions
- Contact care providers for appointment scheduling and assist with complex issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate new software
