Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
  • Provide services to customers by exchanging complex and sensitive information while acting as a patient advocate
  • Utilize systems to resolve customer needs such as appointments, authorizations, and eligibility
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours, including flexibility for overtime and weekends
