Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
- Provide services to customers by exchanging complex and sensitive information while acting as a patient advocate
- Utilize systems to resolve customer needs such as appointments, authorizations, and eligibility
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours, including flexibility for overtime and weekends
