Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative (Temp) to deliver exceptional customer experiences during the holiday rush.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for consumer inquiries via Zendesk CRM
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound communications efficiently
- Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns or exchanges
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a multichannel customer service role preferred
- Fluent in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk, and Microsoft Tools is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
