Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
  • Design and maintain robust data models ensuring accuracy and scalability
  • Lead cross-functional projects and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience with Salesforce, preferably with Non-profit cloud and NPSP
  • Project management experience, ideally with Mid-market accounts
  • Salesforce certification preferred but not required
  • Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
