Claims Processing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims Processing who will lead a team in the Claims Processor group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to ensure performance management and accuracy of claims processes
• Ensure compliance with operating instructions and risk management for the business
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed targets through coaching and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years experience in a veterinary clinic or similar setting
• 3+ years of clinical veterinary experience with proficiency in medical terminology
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing a team
• Flexible availability to work between 6 AM & 9 PM EST, including weekends and holidays
• 1 year of relevant experience in claims processing within a clinic or hospital setting
