A company is looking for an Underwriting Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from policyholders and agents, addressing inquiries related to underwriting processes and policies
- Educate customers and agent partners on policy details and assist with underwriting decisions
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain accurate records of interactions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Florida 4-40/2-20 Property and Casualty General Lines License is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with forms, procedures, and regulations related to insurance programs
