A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Provider Inquiry (Remote in Puerto Rico).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures quality customer service for internal and external customers
- Handles all incoming phone calls and assesses customers' needs regarding potential third party liability
- Maintains timely, accurate documentation for all phone call interactions and meets established productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Experience in an office setting using telephone and computer as primary tools
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours
