A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive retention and growth among new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Virtually train and onboard new and existing customers
  • Proactively reach out to high-potential new customers
  • Identify expansion opportunities and upsell customers
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a B2B SaaS customer success role
  • Preference for candidates with frontline sales experience or experience with CRM platforms
  • Experience working in a startup, ideally in a remote environment
  • Physically based in the U.S. and proficient in English
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
