Key Responsibilities
- Virtually train and onboard new and existing customers
- Proactively reach out to high-potential new customers
- Identify expansion opportunities and upsell customers
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a B2B SaaS customer success role
- Preference for candidates with frontline sales experience or experience with CRM platforms
- Experience working in a startup, ideally in a remote environment
- Physically based in the U.S. and proficient in English
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
