Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Progress Track clients, ensuring satisfaction and partnership
- Design and deliver internal and external trainings for Progress Track, maintaining updated resources
- Innovate and enhance Progress Track's usability and functionality while managing client engagement activities
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of related work experience
- Proven success in client relationship management and engagement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- 3-5 years of experience working directly with special education programs
