Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers in a timely manner
- Resolves basic issues and mitigates complaints to prevent escalation
- Documents communications and maintains quality standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Preferred experience in multitasking and using multiple systems simultaneously
