Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Community Associate to enhance player engagement within its sportsbook community.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage authentically with players on the Discord server across various topics and live sports moments
• Respond promptly to player inquiries and needs as a trusted point of contact
• Create and execute community-focused campaigns, including giveaways and themed events

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in building or moderating digital communities, preferably in sports or gaming
• Deep familiarity with Discord and its engagement features
• Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to specific communities
• Understanding of Sportsbook or Daily Fantasy Sports products
• Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and customer safety
