A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer in Romania.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide platform support via various communication channels and ensure 24x7 coverage for customers and partners
- Assist customers with the configuration and use of the Taegis platform and troubleshoot potential issues
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to enhance product features and improve support documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical support roles
- Strong networking skills and understanding of operating system administration
- Familiarity with endpoint technologies and virtualized/cloud environments
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Security+, or AWS are advantageous
