A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator III, responsible for supporting patient scheduling and communication in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach calls to schedule healthcare appointments and assist patients with support needs
- Document interactions in a CRM or EMR and verify insurance while collecting co-pays
- Coordinate with field and clinical teams to ensure effective patient care and communication
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
- Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
