A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the post-sales journey for assigned accounts, ensuring product adoption and renewals
- Manage a high-volume book of business supporting over 250 accounts and process renewals within SFDC
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, manage at-risk situations, and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a relevant customer-facing role
- 1+ years of software experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in managing renewal and negotiation conversations
- Professional presence with the ability to understand and present customer needs effectively
