Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven track record of driving retention and customer growth
  • Experience hosting client calls and conducting executive business reviews
  • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time for client meetings
