Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven track record of driving retention and customer growth
- Experience hosting client calls and conducting executive business reviews
- Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time for client meetings
