Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Medical Billing Associate - Patient Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high volume inbound patient phone calls and manage copay collections
- Create and maintain billing ledgers, assist with patient electronic communications, and support admin functions
- Achieve goals set by management related to patient payments and assist in larger projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related experience in a high-volume call center or patient support environment
- Proven ability to manage and de-escalate challenging patient interactions
- Strong attendance and reliability with a track record of meeting schedules
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills to balance high call volume while maintaining quality
