Job Summary
A company is looking for a Production Assistant to support loan officers in managing the loan origination process.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and analyze customer credit, review income and asset documents, and structure loans
- Communicate with borrowers and realtors, and manage the submission of loan files
- Track requested documents and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- Two years of professional office experience
- One year of mortgage or banking industry experience
- NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act
- General knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
- Prior experience with Encompass or other mortgage processing software
