Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Call Center Agent who will handle calls from clients seeking to schedule or change appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Field calls from prospective clients in a timely and friendly manner
- Encourage appointment scheduling and ensure client satisfaction using established call scripts
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while fulfilling other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior veterinary experience and/or prior call center experience in a medical setting is preferred
- Ability to work remotely and productively as part of a team
- Availability to work 30-40 hours a week from home with a high-quality internet connection
- Passion for client experience and making every client feel important and valued
