Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a fast-paced call center environment
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record in retaining customers and handling cancellations
- Experience in navigating multiple digital platforms and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable hard-wired internet connection
