Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy, efficiency, and productivity
  • De-escalate challenging situations and provide solution-oriented support to retain customers
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a fast-paced call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven track record in retaining customers and handling cancellations
  • Experience in navigating multiple digital platforms and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Ability to work remotely with a reliable hard-wired internet connection
