A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to support families through the admissions process and connect them to treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless transition of care responsibilities from after-hours shifts to daytime Admissions Coordinators
- Serve as the first point of contact for families, providing compassionate support and conducting initial assessments
- Manage the admissions process and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience
Required Qualifications and Education
- Preferred experience in Behavioral Health or Medical Healthcare Settings
- Preferred 2 - 5 years of experience in admissions, call center, sales, or customer service
- Experience with crisis de-escalation is a plus
- Proficient in utilizing technology and operational systems for client management
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
