Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and resources to Case Managers to ensure adherence to Case Management standards
• Manage staff performance and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures related to case management
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor the effectiveness of case management plans and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing
• 3 years of experience in a clinical role with direct patient care responsibilities
• Experience in Utilization Management, Case Management, or transferable clinical experience
• Current, active, and unrestricted compact Registered Nurse license
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation preferred or must pursue within 2 years of hire
