  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve tickets within 24 hours, ensuring thorough knowledge of internal systems
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or client services roles
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent education and experience
  • Solid technical background with strong analytical skills
