Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technical guidance for client benefits websites, including updates and quality assurance testing
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve tickets within 24 hours, ensuring thorough knowledge of internal systems
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or client services roles
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent education and experience
- Solid technical background with strong analytical skills
