Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls while documenting all interactions according to standard procedures

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- For senior level, two years of experience and one year of exact job experience required
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple online systems
