A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigates and maintains accurate data in the electronic health record while ensuring patient privacy and security
  • Manages a high volume of incoming calls, addressing patient needs such as scheduling appointments and handling billing inquiries
  • Schedules patient visits and communicates essential clinical information to providers and clinical staff
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or healthcare
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Must be available for full-time training for 4 weeks
  • Typing test required with a minimum speed of 35 wpm and 90% accuracy
