Key Responsibilities
- Navigates and maintains accurate data in the electronic health record while ensuring patient privacy and security
- Manages a high volume of incoming calls, addressing patient needs such as scheduling appointments and handling billing inquiries
- Schedules patient visits and communicates essential clinical information to providers and clinical staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or healthcare
- No supervisory experience required
- Must be available for full-time training for 4 weeks
- Typing test required with a minimum speed of 35 wpm and 90% accuracy
