Key Responsibilities
- Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made and respond to patient needs via email in a timely manner
- Communicate professionally with customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, and verify order details
- Document interactions, assist in achieving departmental goals, and escalate patient concerns to supervisors
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
- Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one year in a similar role
- Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
- Technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
