Cryogenic Service Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cryogenic Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lead data and communicate with prospective clients regarding cryogenic services
• Support existing clients with account management and inquiries related to fertility preservation and storage services
• Accurately input and organize data in software systems to support sales processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in CRM software, billing systems, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office
• Experience in cryogenic account management and the fertility field is preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
• Results-oriented mindset with strong relationship management skills
