Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses and success criteria for relationship commerce programs
- Anticipate customer needs, manage project plans, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality customer programs
- Conduct business reviews and provide data-backed recommendations to maximize program results
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of customer/vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS retail-tech or mar-tech
- Experience managing complex initiatives and campaigns from inception to evaluation
- Experience in web-based business or retail, including e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Salesforce
- BS/BA degree required
- Advanced skills in Google Suite
