Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own comprehensive value delivery plans aligned with customers' objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and tailoring success strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of automation solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or consulting roles
- Experience with professional services and support/services attach motions
- Strong background in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results
- Experience supporting Telco accounts
