Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining professionalism
  • Take ownership of customer issues from troubleshooting to resolution, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Collaborate with various teams and lead escalation calls to address urgent customer concerns
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical Degree preferred in Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, or CS
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid knowledge of REST API, SSL/TLS, IPv4, JSON, LDAP, and Proxies
  • Experience with Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Familiarity with DevOps deployments, including Docker, scripting, and Kubernetes
