Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining professionalism
- Take ownership of customer issues from troubleshooting to resolution, ensuring a high-quality experience
- Collaborate with various teams and lead escalation calls to address urgent customer concerns
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Degree preferred in Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, or CS
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of REST API, SSL/TLS, IPv4, JSON, LDAP, and Proxies
- Experience with Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Familiarity with DevOps deployments, including Docker, scripting, and Kubernetes
