- Demonstrate expert knowledge of SneakPeek products and represent the company's values in all interactions
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Experience in a high-volume support environment using phone, chat, and email
- Familiarity with help desk platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce
- A two- or four-year college degree is preferred
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Klaviyo or WooCommerce is a plus
