Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Experience in a high-volume support environment using phone, chat, and email
  • Familiarity with help desk platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce
  • A two- or four-year college degree is preferred
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Klaviyo or WooCommerce is a plus
