A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to 60-80 incoming calls daily regarding home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits
- Document required information in computer systems and occasionally make outbound follow-up calls
- Manage multiple programs, emails, and chats while collaborating with management to address call volume issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to attend 3 weeks of training with 100% attendance and participate via camera
