Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, managing inquiries through various channels
- Support onboarding and setup for new customers, including provisioning and training
- Monitor critical infrastructure and proactively address outages and performance issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer support and system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Linux operating systems and automation scripting
- Experience with cloud platforms like OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and storage technologies
- Proficiency with Python and version control systems such as Git
