Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit complete filing packages to manufacturers, ensuring compliance with guidelines
  • Maintain detailed records of submissions and communicate filing status to dealership management
Qualifications & Skills Needed
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dealership service department, such as warranty administration or service management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document preparation
  • Ability to interpret and follow manufacturer policies and guidelines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
