Key Responsibilities
- Review customer pay repair orders in accordance with manufacturer and state law requirements
- Prepare and submit complete filing packages to manufacturers, ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Maintain detailed records of submissions and communicate filing status to dealership management
Qualifications & Skills Needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a dealership service department, such as warranty administration or service management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document preparation
- Ability to interpret and follow manufacturer policies and guidelines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
