Loan Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Fulfillment Specialist - Centralized Disclosure Desk (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
• Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents
• Researches and resolves loan-related issues, including inquiries and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of banking or related work experience
• Knowledge of loan operations activities preferred
• Prior experience with TRID and other mortgage compliance regulations preferred
• Prior experience with issuing mortgage disclosures preferred
