Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse Prior Authorization (LPN/LVN).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete criteria-based prior authorizations according to policy and procedure
• Provide on-call after-hours nurse support for urgent prior authorization requests
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls and clinical information obtained

Required Qualifications

• Requires License for Practical Nurse or eligibility to sit for the Practical Nurse Licensure Examination
• MUST HAVE prior authorization experience in an MDO or a clinical setting
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
