Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for onboarding new merchants, providing integration and configuration assistance
- Conduct data integration, platform configuration, and business process mapping tailored to each merchant's needs
- Provide technical support to existing merchants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting API-based solutions
- Experience with web-based and mobile integrations; familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, and Javascript
- Proven ability to map and transform client data into complex platforms or systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Background in payments, fintech, or related industries is a plus
