Impound Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Impound Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and process impound accounts in accordance with regulations and policies
• Handle potential and actual impound calls while adhering to established call handling requirements
• Complete end-to-end impound functions accurately and assist other departments and vendors as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a servicing center environment
• Preferred experience in impound processes
• General knowledge of collections policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
