Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Commercial (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, enhancing adoption and driving product use
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value and revenue opportunities for customers
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to align on business objectives and compliance progress
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a Customer Success Management role
  • BA/BS or equivalent education
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is required
  • Power user/expertise in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace/GSuite, and CRM systems
  • Security, Compliance, and/or GRC experience is strongly preferred
